Hypnotherapy provides you with a holistic healing alternative, and may be useful on its own or in combination with more conventional methods to promote healing and personal growth.
Hypnotherapy is teamwork! You will help me to help you. Just as every individual is unique so too are the challenges that a person may choose to work on. While some people may only require a single session others may require numerous sessions to achieve lasting results.

Using hypnosis, you will experience a relaxing state while feeling very aware as your conscious at rest while we access your subconscious mind. With access to your subconscious mind we in turn can access your memories, your perceptions of events, etc. to help you gain understanding, resolve issues or answer any questions you may have.

Sessions may be done in my Kelowna office or easily on-line.
On-line hypnotherapy sessions provide an opportunity for those who would rather meet from the comfort of their own space, or for those who are unable to travel or live remotely. On-line sessions work exactly the same way as face to face sessions. Kristine offers complimentary consultations to discuss presenting symptoms and answer any questions you may have.

Hi, I’m Kristine.

Born and raised in the Okanagan I received certification as a clinical hypnotherapist through the Hypnotism Training Institute of Alberta in 2017. I established Hypnotherapy Services by Kristine, in Saskatoon, SK, and was listed Three Best Rated in 2018, 2019 and 2020. In Fall 2020 I relocated back home to Kelowna.

Prior to Hypnotherapy I spent more than 20 years working in the mining industry as a Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) and Class 7 Hazmat trainer and responder. As a RSO I trained many people, including the public, in working safely around ionizing energy. Empowering people is something I love and hypnotherapy continues to provide an opportunity to help facilitate wonderful change in my clients.

I also offer Access Bars and Jikiden Reiki for those seeking more passive change.

I have discovered, and in many ways rediscovered along this journey, how the power of our intentions and perceived beliefs can influence our lives physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, financially… the list goes on.

If you are seeking help in managing anxious thoughts or feelings, releasing fears or trauma, stopping habits, seeking alternative methods for managing chronic pain, or working through mental blocks I would love to help you in your journey.
