Hi, I’m Kristine.
Born and raised in the Okanagan I received certification as a clinical hypnotherapist through the Hypnotism Training Institute of Alberta in 2017. I established Hypnotherapy Services by Kristine, in Saskatoon, SK, and was listed Three Best Rated in 2018, 2019 and 2020. In Fall 2020 I relocated back home to Kelowna.
In both 2024 and 2025 I received Silver after being nominated for Best Clinical Hypnotherapy business with Best of Kelowna.
In 2025 I graduated from the Kelowna College of Professional Counselling (KCPC) and am now a Candidate member of the Canadian College of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (CCPCP). I updated my business name to Integrated Therapy by Kristine to better reflect services I provide my clients.
Prior to Hypnotherapy I spent more than 20 years working in the mining industry as a Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) and Class 7 Hazmat trainer and responder. As a RSO I trained many people, including the public, in working safely around ionizing energy. Empowering people is something I love and hypnotherapy continues to provide an opportunity to help facilitate wonderful change in my clients.
I have discovered, and in many ways rediscovered along this journey, how the power of our intentions and perceived beliefs can influence our lives physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, financially… the list goes on.
